We're sorry to hear your order hasn't fully met your expectations. We want to make the return process as simple as possible for you.

Return Policy

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. As our warehouse is located in Asia, please be aware of potential shipping costs. The average cost of a return is generally between AUD $40 and AUD $80. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Follow these 3 simple steps to return your product:

• Step 1 — Contact Us: Email us at Customerservice@truepearlboutique.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then guide you through the next steps.
• Step 2 — Send the Parcel: Once you have received our instructions, send the items back to the address we provide. Always use a tracked shipping method. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment.
• Step 3 — Receive Your Refund: Once we receive the returned parcel in good condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Right of Withdrawal

We understand that you may sometimes change your mind after a purchase. Please note that all purchases are final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped. If you wish to return a product, please follow the return policy described above.
